Wednesday evenings I attend a Christian fellowship group on campus.
We sing, we talk, we pray, we hear a message.
The message is prepared and given by a student.
Last evening the message was on miracles.
Even though we don’t live in an age where God is smiting our enemies, flooding the earth, or maintaining pillars of fire, he still performs miracles.
We just take them for granted.
The last time you were driving and just missed something.
The few hours of break you caught today because of a canceled meeting.
The resource you found that made your life a whole lot easier.
Those are modern miracles.
Just because they are not in your face, doesn’t mean you can dismiss them.
Try and identify a miracle you see everyday.
Even if it doesn’t happen to you.
