Perfect Pineapple Pie

Posted: August 25th, 2008 | Author: Seth | Filed under: Recipe | Tags: , , , , , , , | No Comments »

This is a recipe that is so easy you don’t have to have a special occasion to make it.  The assembly of the pie litterally takes less than ten minutes.  However, you are supposed to chill it before topping with Cool Whip, so that adds some time.

Recipe - Pineapple Pie

  • 1 large package of instant Jello vanilla pudding mix (5.5 oz)
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 small (8 oz) can of crushed pineapple in its own juice - DO NOT DRAIN
  • 2 cups of sour cream.
  • A graham cracker pie crust (don’t consider this in the mixing)

Mix ingredients in order listed.

Pour into graham cracker pie shell.

Chill the pie in the refrigerator.

Take out when chilled and top with Cool Whip.

Enjoy!
